自從先(xian)秦以后,中華智慧逐(zhu)漸(jian)參與并(bing)深入大自然的覺醒,“二十四節氣”禪定成了一個特別的數字,熟悉而神秘。四季二十四節氣,太極二十四節氣,風水二十四節氣,山法二十四節氣,無窮變化,無與倫比。餐廳創始人就是用這種思維來做美食的,用現代的烹飪方法來重新演繹古代淮揚的食味。《二十四節氣》的成長過程似乎不是單純的建筑過程,舊廠房改造、空間狹小、自然采光雜亂等等,博物館展廳設計都只是平凡的外因,而賦予空間的血肉之軀,建立新的未明的體驗,從多維的角度,啟發人們對空間的感知和感受,是這次創刊所面臨的新課題。
